My puppy is limping and crying when her paw is touched. What's wrong?

My puppy lola was playing with our other dog and is now not putting any weight on her front left paw and is crying when it is touched, it does not look broken however my fiancée and i are worried, i am unable to be there as i am currently at work (military, cannot leave my post) (submitted already but need to add in, the leg is not swollen at all either). Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 6 lbs

Poor Lola! She may have sprained it or she could have a fracture. You should restrict her activity until you can get her to a vet. Your vet can take an x-ray to make sure she doesn't have a fracture and then determine the best way to treat. If the x-ray is normal than your vet can prescribe an anti-inflammatory/pain medications to help relieve the discomfort. If she has a fracture than she may need a splint. Hope she feels better soon!
