My dog is healing from mange but now has little red blood filled bumps on her, why? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 20 lbs

That is probably a reaction of the skin from mange. They will most likely disappear with the healing process. Disinfection can eventually be started at home with very diluted hibiscrub or betadine or salted water baths. If spreading and not resolving in 4 days a check up would be necessary to understand the underlying cause (it could be due to a secondary skin infection).
