100 lb. American bulldog mix. Three days diarrhea today blood diarrhea. Not dehydrated, not lethargic. No change in food or environment. What can I do. Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog | Male | neutered | 100 lbs

Diarrhea with blood is a sign of a gastrointestinal infection, it will require an antibiotic course as well as a special food for a few days. you will need to take him to the vet for that, in the meantime feed him only boiled chicken and rice.
