My 8-month-old cat is unwell, shaking head and collapsing. What to do?

Hi My cat is 8 months old (female), from last evening she is not well and shaking/nodding her head downwards and sleeps (at times it seems like she is collapsing), she stays at home all the time, not at all active as she used to be... took her to near by vet, they have advised it can be a neuro problem and gave her a medication like two shots of injection. can you please advise on this? Pet's info: Cat | Bengal | Female | unspayed | 5 months and 27 days old | 5.5 lbs

Poor Lucy - it is possible as she may be severely dehydrated or have nerve/muscle weakness. If she is not responding to the treatment she received she should be rechecked and have blood tests in order to identify signs of infection of salt imabalances such as low blod potassium.
