My cat won't eat very much due to a case of round worms. I can't afford to take her to a vet. She also has urinary problems. What can I do?

Medications for round worms can be found as well in any pet shops. Unfortunately they are not that effective as the ones on prescription. Urinary problems must be checked by your veterinarian as if controlled the infection/inflammation probably won't resolve by itself. Having said that, a lot of urinary tract problems are related to stress, so often there is are ''stressors'' that can be controlled in cat's environment.
