My cat is panting and acting strange after flea treatment. Why?

My.cat is panting very heavy along with heavy breathing. He received flea treatment a few hours ago he's acting very strange. Please help

Baymax needs to be seen by your veterinarian as soon as possible. The problem could be related to the flea treatment (possible allergic reaction to that), or completely unrelated, being respiratory or cardiac.
