My 5-month kitten has red, crusty eyes and isn't eating. What's wrong?

My 5 month old kitten has a nasty crust under her eyes and nose. She's also been sleeping a lot and haven't been eating well lately. Her eyes seems hard to open for her and her eyes are also red. She haven't had her shots at all. Can you tell what's wrong with her?
