My hamster has diarrhea, wet bottom, isn't moving. Is it wet tail?

my hamster is not eating and is having diarrhea. He has a wet bottom and is not moving. He is breathing slow

This sounds like "wet tail" disease or Campylobacteriosis, a fairly common bacterial infection in hamsters. Your veterinarian will be able to prescribe appropriate antibiotic therapy to treat Butter. Given that he is breathing slowly, I would recommend you take him to the vet right away.
