My spayed cat's stitches are irritated. What ointment can I use?

My cat just got spayed and is having a reaction to the stitches. What human topical antibiotic besides Triple Antibiotic can I use until my vet is able to see her? Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 3 months and 21 days old

Triple antibiotics would be the best choice but any other topical cream or antibiotic ointment would do as well, you would need to put an e-collar around her neck to prevent her from licking the area and the cream though.
