After getting all the recommended puppy vaccine, If a parvovirus titer test shows that my puppy has good immunity to parvovirus, can the puppy still get infected?

If you are getting the recommend vaccines and keep them on schedule as laid out by your vet, then no your puppy will not get infected. Keep in mind, however, that there isn't a single vaccine that is 100% effective, but it is quite rare for a dog who is fully vaccinated to come down with parvo.
