Panda had a gassy tummy on thursday I took to vet as he is not keen on food he gave us antibiotics and he is on sensitivity control canned food he poops black shiny poop first thing in morning then yellow orange soft poop about 2 hours after eating and dose black shiny hard poop at night he goes about 5 times a day vet suggested bacterial overgrowth but should the noroclav antibiotics cause yellow orange poop do I need to take him back on Monday if the yellow orange poop continues

I would be concerned about black tools indicating a possible bleed. I recommend you return for a recheck on monday and take samples of both types of stool for a full assessment. Continue with the sensitivity diet and encourage as much fluids as possible, a probiotic may also help such as fortiflora or canikur
