My pet needs emergency vet care but I can't afford it. What do I do?

My 5 week old sharpei x terrier puppy was attacked by her grandmother her eyeball was hanging out and the vet said he won't give her emergency surgery till the morning they will refer me to the pdsa but I already owe the pdsa £150 and they won't do surgery till I pay I'm in tears right now how can I get her treatment her eyeball is hanging from the socket she's on pain med right now I don't want her to die I love her so much I don't have the money right now to pay the pdsa

I would see if you can borrow money from your friends and family, and I can give you a few resources that may help you afford a vet.
