Cat leaking fluid, bleeding, and restless: Is it an emergency?

Yesterday my friends cat started leaking clear fluid from her private parts now she's bleeding everywhere and she's really resless this has been going on since yesterday at about noon

This sounds like she may be in labour if she has not been neutered and requires urgent veterinary attention at this stage - an emergency c-section may be required. Other possibilities may be severe infection or prolapse which would also require treatment urgently before major blod loss
