My dog is sick, not eating, weak, and drinking lots. What could it be?

My spitz(pomerian) dog is ill. He was not eating food past 3-4 days.... 2 days ago he eats 2 eggs and a cup of milk..... Yesterday morning he was alright but in evening, i felt he is getting ill because he even cant walk properly, he dont have enough energy , and he is getting tears from eyes... Last night he was drinking lots of water.... Today i took him to doctor they give me 2 medicenes for him... But i want to get some more suggestion, what disease my dog is suffering with..... Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Male | neutered | 3 years and 1 month old

The signs you describe are very vague and common to many illnesses - weakness, reduced appetite increased thirst are not enough to diagnose any specific condition. Please contact your vets office for clarification of what was found during the physical exam and to confirm what treatments have been prescribed. You are entiltled to seek a second opinion from an alternatve vet if you feel he is not responding or is still unwell
