My dog is sluggish after illness, eating little. Should I see a vet?

My dog was in a fight 3 weeks ago and had 2 drains put in for puncture wounds and was given an antibiotic. Then 1 week ago she stopped eating and was running 104 f temp. She also had a lump on her side. Vet put her on another antibiotic and tramadol. She is now off the antibiotic today and is still sluggish acting. Should I give it more time or take her back to the vet? She did eat some dog food today, which was the first time in about a week.

Oh no, poor pup! Given that she did eat today, I would keep an eye on her for tonight. Keep offering her food, mixing in some boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice to try to tempt her to eat. If she is still acting sluggish tomorrow, stops eating, or develops a fever, then I would take her into the vet.
