My senior dog has bloody urine and discharge. Could it be a UTI?

My 12 year old Rottweiler bitch has blood towards the end of urinating and occasional discharge...is this likely an infection? Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | spayed | 110 lbs

This could be a urinary tract infection or a tumor, bladder stones and other condition. You should take Izzy to a vet for an exam and urinalysis and a blood test (checking kidney values , etc.). If there is a UTI or kidney infection she will need prescription antibiotics. Depending on the diagnosis, other therapy may be needed.
