My spayed kitten is lethargic, not eating, and vomiting. What's wrong?

I have a 4 month old female cat-spayed 8 days ago ,initially recovered well, eating , playing,but last 2 days has gone very quiet, lethargic,off her food , tonight vomiting some small yellow fluid,what do you think. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 4 months and 12 days old

Please take White to a vet right away. She may have a serious infection following the surgery. She will need an exam and possibly antibiotics and pain medicine. Not eating is another problem, as cats can get life-threatening liver disease from not eating.
