My dog bumped her face, now her cheek is swollen. Should I see a vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 4 years and 1 month old | 50 lbs

Our 4-year-old border collie took a spill running for a tennis ball at the dog park yesterday morning. She seems to have bumped her cheek right under her right eye and now it's a little swollen. its not affecting her eye (it's wide open & normal, no discharge) and she's eating & acting normal except for a little pouting. Should I bring her to the vet to get checked? Or wait a few days & see if she improves?

Monitor her for lethargy, tilted head, marked swelling) bruising or ataxia (wobbly gait). As long as she is behaving normally, you can monitor for resolution. A cold compress on the area may reduce swelling if she allows.
