Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 30 days old | 45 lbs
Vomiting, diarrhea that went from blood to black. Shes still playful.. She has like brown water dripping from her butt. The vomiting has stopped because we gave her ondansetron. She will drink on her own. But, she has no appetite. She wont eat. We have tried everything.. Anyone know what could be going on?

I think this may be a repetition of a previous question... Severe hemorrhagic gastroenteritis due to infection (viral/bacterial) or intoxication are very likely considering the signs you are describing. An immediate check up is absolutely needed, before her condition deteriorates. Antibiotics, IV fluids and symptomatic treatment for diarrhoea are needed.
