My cat had abnormal kittens. What health checks does she need?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 4 years and 2 months old | 9 lbs

My cat gave birth to two cats and one of the cats was born with just a head and the other one with a full on body and head died we think that the head was connected to the stomach area

Poor Mama cat! Hopefully she is doing ok. I'd recommend getting a vet visit for her in the near future to spay her, and consider doing an infectious disease bloodwork panel. I worry that having congenital abnormalities with the kittens might mean that she has an infectious disease. Also, if she is not current on vaccinations get those done so she is protected in the future from infectious disease.
