My dog takes many antibiotics. Will it shorten his life or harm organs?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 4 months old

Bruno life time in 365 days till now has eaten many antibiotics if we look into past once he had course for urine infection once he also had course for stomach infection once he had course for ulcer in mouth once he had antibiotics course for yeast infection he had completed his full course like from week to 2 week course now today he got stomach infection for which he is now on antibiotics again for 3 days so taking antibiotics to treat different disease shorten lifespan or failure body organ ?

Antibiotics are typically safe drugs, and the vet would only prescribe the necessary course to treat whatever illness he has. Being on courses of antibiotics for three days to up to two weeks is not very long, and this will not shorten his life span or cause body organ failure. Even if he was on very long term antibiotics, it would not cause those problems either.
