How to manage my cat's heat urges before her mate arrives next week?

My cat is ready to mate and it shows clearly, but her mate will only arrive within one week from now. What can i do to tone her urges down but not completely stop them? Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 2 months old | 7.055 lbs

Unfortunately it is unlikely she will still be in heat, receptive and fertile in one week and you will likely have to wait for her next heat cycle before breeding her. Most cats are only in heat for a few days and will repeat again in around 2weeks
