My cat has blood in her eye. Is a bloody cat eye an emergency?

What does it mean when one of my cat's eye has like blood on her eye like on the pupil?

THis indicates that there was a puncture or laceration either on the eye cornea itself or on the eyelid. You should take Bella to your local vet right away to have the eye thoroughly examined and treated. Poor Bella, she must have either ran into something or had the eye scratched by another pet or sharp surface.

    Thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach with your question about Bella. Yes, I see what you mean about her eye. That looks like it could be an ulcer. Any eye problem has to be checked out by a vet promptly as leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. I'd take her into a vet now. Best of luck.
