Why won't my cat eat and has brown saliva coming from its mouth?

I want to ask the doctor, my cat would not eat at all in his mouth out saliva keeps the brown color so. I continue to be like?

it sounds like he could have an infected tooth or other dental problem. He should be examined by a vet to determine the cause and treat the problem. He may need to have a dental cleaning and may need an antibiotic to treat an infection.
