Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 7 years and 3 months old | 10 lbs
My cat has passed a couple of hard grass stems with seeds in blood streaked stool. She retched then coughs up white froth plus grass blade before breakfast. If she doesn't do this, she often regurgitates her meal. She also has distressing intermittent spells of 5 minute long of coughing and gurgles

The symptoms you have described including regurgitation, blood in stool, coughing and gurgling are concerning for esophageal dysfunction and gastroenteritis. The underlying cause will likely require x-rays, bloodwork, and an abdominal ultrasound to rule in or out an intestinal obstruction, inflammation of the pancreas, or primary intestinal disease including infection, inflammation or even cancer. Please follow up with your veterinarian to discuss diagnostics and therapy.

Diet certainly can be a cause of blood in the poop, and grain free food is not good for pets. It can also be a sign of intestinal worms, a stomach illness, or eating something rotten. Try your vet's suggestion first and see if that helps the problem. If it doesn't, take Sergio back into the vet.

I'm not sure both symptoms are connected, coughing could be due to an infection or due to feline asthma. blood in the poop is usually due to an intestinal disease. you will need to take him to the vet in order to get it checked and treated.

You need to take him to a vet as soon as possible for an exam. The stool looks bloody and the vomiting is very concerning. The hairloss may or may not be related to his other symptoms but that is the least of the worries. He needs to see a vet. This is not something to treat at home.
