My dog won't eat his food, is lethargic, and drinking less. Why?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male

My 16 month Labrador is not eating the regular diet since yesterday. He is also drinking less water but today I gave him egg which he ate actively. He is also lathergic and looks sad most of the time. His stools were also good in the morning. I'm worried about the proper diet. I give home made food which is nutritious and he loves it but since yesterday he refused it. Also there are summers here. So please suggest a way to cope up with this problem. Thank you in advance.

Poor Dobby! It sounds like he doesn't feel well for sure. It could be diet-related, or it could be any number of other things causing him to feel poorly. I'd recommend a visit to your vet for a full workup including blood work, abdominal radiographs, and urinalysis. If all these things are normal, consider deworming him as well. If you are feeding any raw meat with his food he will always be at risk for parasites and bacterial disease--this is why we don't usually eat raw meat as a general rule.
