Why is my dog's penis swollen, purple, leaking, and he's licking?

My 5yo pit bull boxer mix has a loss of appetite and I noticed the tip of his penis is swollen & purple also leaking what looks almost like urine. He is excessively licking himself too and his belly was harder than normal while palpating. Any idea what it could be? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 4 years and 10 months old | 73 lbs

It sounds like he could have an infection so he needs to be seen by a vet. Your vet can do an examination and test a urine sample to look for an infection. He may need an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory to treat the problem.
