My cat's eye looks like it has a blood clot. Is she going blind?

Pet's info: Cat | Turkish Angora | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 21 days old | 9 lbs

My cat's eye has a Blood clot ( Looks like a bag filled with blood in the front of her eye ,it's looks like it could be removed but again it looks attached in the upper side only the bottom is hanging ) Is she blind already ,, or is there still hope.. Oh in in addition to that , the blood is in her whole colored ares ,, nothing in the white part of the eye ball

Hello. If the red mass is on the outside of her eye-ball (like something stuck on the outside of a marble) then she likely would not have complications with her vision. What you are describing could be many things, including the third eye-lid, or conjunctivitis (swelling of the thin skin that covers the eye), or a mass of some sort. I would have it checked by a vet. Do not try to pull it off at home as you could damage important structures. Good luck with Momo.
