Why is my puppy vomiting yellow, not eating, and has a high temp?

We take a temperature of her this day , and its 39 c, Shes not eating for 2 days now, shes just smelling the food, but shes drinking the water, and since yesterday she is vomiting a yellowish but little, maybe because she didnt eat anything?We dont know what to do. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 4 months and 13 days old

Hello. It sounds like Oszeaa is very sick. If she isn't eating and is vomiting, there is a large concern for either a severe virus or a possible object stuck in her abdomen. I suggest you get her to a vet, and they will want to perform bloodwork and x-rays. Good luck with her!
