It could be indicative of a urinary tract infection or other infection. Have Lily examined by your veterinarian. A sterile urine sample can be collected and submitted for urinalysis as well as a culture and sensitivity panel. These tests should be able to confirm UTI and identify the responsible organism as well as the best antibiotic to use in treatment. It is still too early to confirm pregnancy. You'll have to wait a couple more weeks to be able to detect a pregnancy via bloodwork, palpation or abdominal xrays/ultrasound.

This bleeding while urinating can be caused by a UTI or bladder stones. If she appears otherwise healthy and happy, eats and drinks plenty, you can wait until tomorrow morning to have Lily seen by a vet. If she appears lethargic, ill or distressed, or if the urine appears very bloody, then she should be seen by a vet ASAP. Feed her wet/canned food, add water to it, and make sure she drinks a lot of water to help flush the bladder.
