What to do for an injured stray cat with wounds and eye infection?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | 2 years and 2 months old

There is an injured cat in our street . he has a wound on her neck his whole body swollen ,his eyes seems infection they are red . What treatment we should give him . We don't have any vet in our area only few medical stores for animal . Kindly guide us . Thank you

Without examining him, it is difficult to know the best way to treat but the wounds should be cleaned with an antiseptic wound cleaner and he may need an oral antibiotic to treat and infection. He could also have a conjunctivitis and need an antibiotic eye drop. He really needs to be examined by a vet to determine the best way to treat.
