Why is my dog sick, not eating, has diarrhea, and peeing inside?

My dog is barely eating and she is drinking water. She has diarrhea and it's been around 4 days now. She seems depressed and sad and I can even walk her without a leach which normally I would never be able to do because she would run away. She is peeing all over the house and she never does that. She seems so sad and I don't know what to do. Please help!!! Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 11 months old

Oh no, poor Princess! She has to see a vet as soon as possible, as she sounds quite sick. I see that she isn't spayed, and her symptoms could be caused by a pyometra. A pyometra is a life threatening infection of the uterus that is fatal without treatment. She could also have a severe GI infection or a foreign body. I would take Princess into an ER vet clinic or find a vet on call to see her now.
