Poor pup! Coughing can have a wide variety of underlying causes, from pneumonia, tracheal conditions, heart disease, heartworm disease, etc. Without an exam and chest x-rays, it is difficult to determine what is causing your dog's cough and then determine which treatment is appropriate. Please take her to the vet so that appropriate diagnostics and treatment can be started.
