My dog got sick after first Atopica for allergies. Call vet?

My dog had her first atopica tablet today for allergies and has just been sick , do I need to contact my vet tonight ? Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | spayed | 6 years and 5 months old | 14.5 lbs

Vomiting is a common side effect of Atopica and I'm sorry to hear that Lily isn't feeling well. In most cases, the medication becomes better tolerated over time and the GI upset resolves. As long as Lily is eating, drinking, and otherwise acting normally, you do not need to contact your vet tonight. Call tomorrow if her vomiting continues, but if this is an isolated incident you don't need to be too concerned.
