My puppy is 9 months old. The last two days he has vomited twice and has had runny to loose stool. He wants to eat and seems to be acting normal in every other way. Should I be worried

Hello. Vomiting and loose stool can be anything from a case of mild gastritis (got into the garbage and ate something silly), to very serious infections and viruses. As long as he is still eating and keeping food down, bright, happy and playing, then it is ok to try just boiled boneless skinless chicken breasts and boiled rice in small frequent meals for 2 days, and then re-introduce his normal kibble. If he is unable to keep any food down and just vomits everything up, then you need to have him x-rayed to check for an obstruction. Also, avoid fatty foods, raw food and bones- any of these can cause gastritis at any time.
