My cat is limping, shivering, and has a leg lump. What should I do?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 3 years old | 15 lbs

You hello my cat has urinary problems and he got neutered last month. He developed some skin infection afterwards near his anal and back but they were treated well but now his back has turned black in shade and he has no growth of hair in that area also he is limping since yesterday... i checked he has a small bump underneath one leg. also he is shivering while sleeping. please assist :(

Hello. I would suggest that you have Boo seen by your vet. The lump under his leg could be an enlarged lymph node and could be related to his limping, he may have an infection that needs medications. Shivering can be a sign of pain or fever. I would suggest having him assessed.
