New mom dog has wet poop 2 weeks postpartum. Is this normal?

My dog has been pooping a lot recently. The poop is not dry it is very wet. She just gave birth about two weeks ago. We have not changed her food. She eats like she eats before, 3 times a day. Drinks plenty of water. no vomiting, or signs of discomfort. She plays around with her toys. she can't hold it in she's been pooping in my living room because she can't make it to the backyard.

It sounds like she has diarrhea, but because she has recently given birth it may be important to get her some help. I'm assuming that she is nursing puppies? If she is, it's important that she doesn't lose too many nutrients. It would be a great idea to take her to see a vet to see if there might be some medication that can help with the diarrhea.
