Cat sick: yellow vomit, dilated pupils, no appetite. What should I do?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 8 months old | 13.2 lbs

Hello! It has been half a day and my cat is experiencing some symptoms that have made me worried. His pupils are dilated, he has lost his appetite and just now he vomited a yellow liquid. Because he goes out he has experienced some injuries in both his feet and tail (he has lost hair in those parts). Waiting for your response, thank you.

These are symptoms of a potential toxin ingestion. I would highly recommend taking Solls to your local vet clinic right away for bloodwork analysis and potential fluid therapy to flush out his system as well as symptomatic treatment (i.e. anti-vomit medication). Poor guy. I hope he feels better soon.
