Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 12 days old | 33 lbs

My dog is sick since 4 days. The symptoms are vomit, lethargy and loss of apetite. He won't eat at all. There is no fever nor abdominal pain. His poop is liquid and soft sometimes. Today he didn't poop at all. There is no blood in his vomit and his poop. The vomit is a green yellowish liquid. Thank you in advance

Poor Hunter! He could be suffering from a severe GI infection, foreign body, or eating something rotten. If he isn't fully vaccinated, he could have parvovirus. It's extremely serious that he has had these symptoms for four days, and he needs veterinary attention now. The vet can do a physical, blood tests, urinalysis, and x-rays to diagnose what is causing his symptoms so he can be treated. He likely need a shot to stop vomiting and IV fluids for hydration, as well as any other medications the vet deems necessary. Please take Hunter into a vet now.

It looks like your dog is a puppy. By what you describe there is a good chance that your puppy is suffering from a viral disease such as canine parvo virus infection. Vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, not eating and drinking are typical signs, It is also likely that your dog has intestinal parasites (worms) which sometimes can show the same symptoms. You will need to take your puppy to a veterinary doctor today, as it will need fluids, antibiotics and pain medicine if it suffers from parvo, and if it suffers from worms, it will need to be wormed. You can try offering your dog boiled rice with a little bit of white chicken meat for food.
