Depending on the size of the pork chop eaten, monitor for signs of GI upset including vomiting, diarrhea or loss of appetite. If the bone was ingested, a visit to your vet is recommended if it was a large piece of bone that could pose an obstruction hazard.

    If he chewed it before eating it then there is a fair chance that it will pass, possible complications include intestinal perforation, intestinal blockage and a gastrointestinal infection. if he swallowed it whole then you need to take him to your vet urgently and surgery will most likely be needed to have it removed.

    You should take him to the vet so they can x-ray him to see where the bones are. If they are still in the stomach they can sometimes use an endoscope to remove them instead of surgery. You cannot induce vomiting when a dog has swallowed bones as the sharp edges of the bones could lacerate his esophagus on the way back up. Definitely do not do that. I suggest you take him in now.
