I'm sorry to hear that your dog is sick. I'm always concerned about vomiting dogs who are also not interested in food, because this often indicates that they have a more serious illness - some possibilities would include pancreatitis, an intestinal obstruction, or in an unspayed female dog, a uterine infection called a pyometra. Unfortunately, all of these illnesses are life-threatening problems that would require intensive care with IV fluids and possibly surgery to treat, so there may not be much you can do at home. The only thing you could try would be to withhold food for the next 12-24 hours to give her stomach a chance to settle, then offer small amounts of plain boiled chicken and white rice to see if she will start eating again. But if she has a serious illness, waiting at home could be dangerous. You may be able to find a low-cost SPCA clinic in your area who could help.

Persistent vomiting should be investigated by a vet if ongoing longer than 72hours or if weakness develops. Encourage fluid intake and feed small meals of bland, low fat food to line the gut and speed recovery. Obstructions, inflammation and infections are all possible and may require veterinary treatment if not resolving quickly of if dehydration and weakness develop
