My dog's penis is out, bleeding, and he's uncomfortable. What's wrong?

My dog "lipstick" came out for the first time and he was crying and seemed uncomfortable After it finally went down there was blood on his penis hair?

Sometimes when the penis becomes engorged it can become stuck outside of the sheath. This is uncomfortable and the best thing to do is to try to reduce your dog's excitement and keep him calm. The penis should reduce, but if it ever become stuck outside, he should see a vet right away. Sometimes the sheath can cut off blood flow if it remains constricted.

    This is usually due to a condition called paraphimosis which happens when the penis cannot be retracted back, it is a medical emergency and if the penis is still in the same position you must take Kenji to the vet so they can put the penis back in place under sedation.
