She is probably experiencing a gastrointestinal condition that is very painful (that would explain the shivering). It could be a simple gastrointestinal infection but it could also be something more serious such as liver failure, pancreatitis or a foreign body ingestion. I recommend taking her to the vet as soon as you can in order to get this condition diagnosed and treated.
