My cat is very ill with cuts, not eating, and no vet access. Help!

My cat, Meowsie is very ill. She has cuts all over her body. She is not eating much, and her paw is almost dead. We are not able to take her to the vet because of coronavirus lockdown, and also vetenery hospitals are not open near me. What should I feed her and what can I do to help and cheer up her mood. ( I also attached pictures of her ). Please help me. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 7 months and 13 days old
