What's growing on my dog's nose? Is it a tick, skin tag, or lesion?

This is growing off of my dogs nose and I have been trying to search up what it is but cannot find answers and I am very worried. Please let me know. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 6 lbs

That looks suspicious for a tick! Sometimes dermal lesions/skin tags can look like this. If you are not sure this is a tick, I recommend to have Jax examined today by the veterinarian. If it is a tick, it needs to be removed asap. Also, depending on disease prevalence, Jax may need to go on an antibiotic if tick borne disease is common in your area.
