Pet's info: Cat | Russian Blue | Male | neutered | 8 months and 28 days old
Hello my cat Ziggy has been bloating lately. His abdomen is hard and it doesn't feel right. He also breathes loudly and snores in his sleep. Ziggy has recently been having dried blood on his anus. He is always extremely hungry, all the time. It doesn't matter how much you feed him, he will want more. Sometimes when I apply pressure around his ribs he meows in pain. He gets fed quite a lot because of this. Could he just be fat or is this more serious? This has been happening for the last 2 months

I think you need to take Ziggy to your vet for an exam. He may have an underlying medical issue that needs to be addressed. Intestinal parasites (worms) is what I would rule out first and then go from there.
