It looks like an epulis, which is a benign or malignant growth of the gum tissue. Please, take Kitti Singh to your local vets to confirm the diagnosis and to discuss treatment options. Growth like this should be surgically removed, as it probably will have tendency to get bigger in the future, bleed on and off and in general bother your dog.
