Dog with pancreatitis: lethargic, drooling, warm, and throwing up?

Pet's info: Dog | Yorkipoo | Female | spayed | 5 years and 10 months old | 13.23 lbs

My dog had surgery on Tuesday the 22nd of April which has found to be chronic pancreatitis Tonight she is very lethargic Drooling which she never does , she is very warm to touch and is throwing up water

I really think you need to take Suzie to an emergency vet. We do not have enough information here to be helpful to you. Drooling and vomiting is due to nausea. If you think she feels warm she could have a fever. Pancreatitis can be life threatening so I think you need to get her back to the vet ASAP.
