My dog's ear infection medicine isn't working. Should I see a new vet?

Both right and left ears the medication was from Massachusetts vet. Doesn't work i feel bad for my dog Vlude.

Hello. Cephalexin is a good general antibiotic, but is totally inappropriate for treating ears this bad. Unfortunately, I think you need to find another veterinarian.
