Why is my 15-month-old male pug refusing food and touch, is it mating?

I have pug male dog he is 15month old he refuse his food when ever i gave maybe he in on his mating stage, sometime he doesn't want me to touch him and I'm also not able to find any female what to do in this condition

Make dogs can mate whenever they reach sexual maturity which is around 9-12 months for a pug. I wouldn’t expect to see a decrease in appetite at this age although dogs do sometimes eat a little less as they reach their adult height. I’m not sure why he won’t let you touch him either - he could be painful, scared or he might be playing.
